The techniques on The Reiki Journey are presented to support your meditation and Reiki practice. They are both instructional and experiential.  To receive optimal benefits, incorporate these practices as part of your daily routine. Practiced regularly, they are intended to clear and focus your mind, increase your ability to concentrate, and bring a deep sense of relaxation.
